Youth Empowerment

NRCME is mainly concerned about the socio-economic welfare of the marginalized, low-income, and disadvantaged families. Our policies consider youths in their young adulthood stage as best positioned to change the economic status of their families.

This is achieved through sustainable empowerment delivered by training and educational programs, making it easier for youths to step into the job market with the relevant skills required to fulfil the requirements of a position.

The various social skills offered to the students through the life-skill lessons help them better understand community expectations within in the workforce, with these skills, crucial, as they can take part in substantive projects, including entrepreneurship, to bolster economic levels.
