NATIONAL RESOURCE CENTRE FOR MIGRANT EMPWOERMENT (NRCME) is a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on creating and implementing relevant policies, to assist, facilitate, and increase migrant and refugee entrepreneurship, social and mental well-being and economic empowerment. NRCME recognises that families are crucial in social settings, despite the challenges faced within families and structures, which can include housing, employment opportunities, and language barriers. Family structures, especially for low-income, disadvantaged, and vulnerable families and those with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, can face ever greater challenges, with these obstacles making it even more difficult for families to afford quality healthcare and educational services. Therefore, NCRME’s primary focus is dedicated to assisting these multicultural communities, ensuring that effective strategies to counteract some of the above challenges, including mental health issues and language and educational problems, are adequately established. The NCRME implements the following policies and procedures as part of our solution driven approach.
